About the role
The Customer Service Associate position at Savers / Value Village is designed to create an awesome experience for our Customers, Donors, and other Team Members. This role is available both full-time and part-time.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure their satisfaction.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries efficiently.
- Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels.
- Support the donation process for customers and donors.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
