Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Handle returns and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner
  • Manage inventory and maintain cleanliness in designated areas
  • Engage with donors to promote the value of donating gently-used items
  • Support team members with training and operational tasks

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail or customer service preferred
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
