The Customer Service Associate position at Savers / Value Village is designed to create an awesome experience for our Customers, Donors, and other Team Members. Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle returns and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner
- Manage inventory and maintain cleanliness in designated areas
- Engage with donors to promote the value of donating gently-used items
- Support team members with training and operational tasks
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Qualifications
- Experience in retail or customer service preferred
