About the role

The Customer Service Associate position at Savers / Value Village involves creating an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This role is available both full-time and part-time.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Handle donations efficiently, ensuring items are properly categorized and stored.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities provided by Savers University.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
