Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle donations and returns in a professional manner
- Assist customers with finding items they need and answer questions about products
- Manage inventory and maintain cleanliness in the store
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Qualifications
- Experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Schedule
