Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Handle donations and returns in a professional manner
  • Assist customers with finding items they need and answer questions about products
  • Manage inventory and maintain cleanliness in the store
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail or customer service preferred
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
