Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Assist donors with the donation process and answer questions about our policies.
  • Support other team members and foster a positive work environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service preferred but not required.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
