Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Handle returns, exchanges, and inquiries efficiently
• Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels
• Engage with donors and promote donations to our stores
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office

Pay

Starting pay ranges from $15.00 to $19.76 per hour, depending on job duties and position.
