Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle returns, exchanges, and inquiries efficiently
- Assist donors with the donation process
- Ensure store cleanliness and organized merchandise
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Qualifications
- Experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
