Customer Service Associate

About the role

Round One Entertainment is seeking Customer Service Associates for various departments including the Amusement (Arcade) Department, Bowling and Events Department, and Food & Beverage Department (21+ to work on Bar preferred).

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to ensure their needs are met.
• Maintain inventory levels and keep games and counters clean and attractive.
• Respond to customer requests with a friendly and polite demeanor.
• Answer phone calls for general inquiries.
• Perform special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
• Operate POS registers for game card sales and prize redemptions.
• Maintain arcade and redemption inventory.
• Keep the game floor clean, stocked, and welcoming.
• Perform open and close procedures and assist guests as needed.
• Assign lanes, lend equipment, and support in-store bowling promotions.
• Clean and reset bowling and activity areas.
• Provide excellent customer service and attention for parties and events.
• Aid in basic maintenance and customer instruction.
• Process sales, handle reservations, and support parties and events.
• Prepare and serve food and drinks.
• Operate POS systems and clean the kitchen and dining areas.
• Open and close food service area and manage inventory.
• Support other departments when needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• One to two years' experience in hospitality, restaurant, or retail environment (preferred).

Physical Demands

• Bend, stretch, twist, climb, and move with a high level of mobility and flexibility in small spaces.
• Stand and walk for extended periods without breaks during busy times.
• Use hands and arms to handle, feel, and reach objects.
• Lift and/or move up to 100lbs with assistance.
