Customer Service Associate

Essential Duties

• Aid guests at the counter and game/bowling floor.
• Conduct alcohol and age restriction control according to company policies.
• Seek ways to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness in departmental processes.
• Maintain confidentiality of company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe working area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• (Preferred) One to two years experience in hospitality, restaurant, or retail environment.

Physical Demands

• Bend, stretch, twist, climb, and move with flexibility in small spaces.
• Stand and walk for extended periods without breaks during busy times.
• Use hands and fingers to handle, feel, and reach with arms.
• Lift and/or move up to 100lbs with assistance.
