CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic, friendly, and talented individuals to join our customer service team in our Belding, Michigan office. Our team provides full training on our process and product ranges, and helps guide customers to the best possible solution for their needs.

Responsibilities

• Work independently while receiving support from your Team Supervisor
• Provide information needed to fulfill orders and resolve issues
• Communicate with customers over the phone and via email
• Articulate product knowledge to customers
• Interact with CRM and ERP systems

Requirements

• Experience in customer service or inside sales
• Comfortable speaking on the phone
• Inquisitive and passionate about learning about products
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks effectively

Qualifications

• Industrial experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to quickly learn our product portfolio
