Customer Service Associate

About the role

As an important part of our team, Customer Service Associates impact all areas of the customer experience. Your main priority is to provide great customer service.

Responsibilities

• Taking orders in the drive-thru
• Assembling orders
• Delivering food to customers
• Cleaning the dining room
• Talking to customers

Requirements

• Thriving in an upbeat and fast-paced environment
• Hiring immediately for all shifts: opening shifts, closing shifts, and everything in between
• Position available for those with or without previous restaurant experience

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Quick and friendly service to all customers
• Team player, hardworking, and dependable
• Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Knowledge of proper safety procedures when handling and preparing food
• Ability to multitask and work quickly in a fast-paced environment
