About The Role

Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email.
Enter and track customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Follow up on order status and proactively communicate updates to customers.
Research and resolve discrepancies, delays, or fulfillment issues in coordination with the warehouse and operations team.
Escalate unresolved claims and follow through until closure — owning the issue from start to finish.
Document customer complaints, credits, and resolutions accurately for internal records.
Support the accounting team with invoice follow-ups, billing discrepancies, and payment-related inquiries.
Assist with basic administrative and accounting tasks including data entry, filing, and reconciling order records.
Cross-collaborate with internal departments as needed to keep operations moving.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish — required
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities at once
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment
  • Basic computer and math skills; experience with order management, ERP, or accounting software is a plus
  • Ability to follow up persistently and professionally without dropping the ball
