Customer Service Associate
About the role
Execute customer service tasks for the sales team relating to: enter quotes, enter orders, follow up quotes, order products, chase vendors, arrange freight, follow up freight, etc. Answer every call within 3 rings – be the happy person on the phone our customers get to work with! Proactively telephone customers regarding orders, quotes, inquiries where needed. Report and follow up regarding sales team metrics. Prepare written quotes. Coordinate and oversee the completion of special projects as needed. Other duties as needed.
Required Skills/Qualifications

- Solid grasp of basic computer systems - Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel

- You have a passionate hatred for messy offices and disorganized desks
- Demonstrated minimum 2 years customer service experience
- Willingness to take on other people’s problems
- Experience in using Salesforce.com CRM system
- Experience in using NetSuite ERP system
