About the role
This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while supporting the operation of the Amusement (Arcade) Department.
Responsibilities
- Determine customers' needs and ensure they are met.
- Maintain inventory levels and keep games and counters clean and attractive.
- Respond to customer requests with a friendly and polite demeanor.
- Answer phone calls for general inquiries.
- Perform special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- One to two years of experience in a hospitality, retail, or entertainment environment
- Ability to work weekends/holidays and closing shift (store closes at 2am)
