About the role

This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while supporting the operation of the Amusement (Arcade) Department.

Responsibilities

  • Determine customers' needs and ensure they are met.
  • Maintain inventory levels and keep games and counters clean and attractive.
  • Respond to customer requests with a friendly and polite demeanor.
  • Answer phone calls for general inquiries.
  • Perform special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • One to two years of experience in a hospitality, retail, or entertainment environment
  • Ability to work weekends/holidays and closing shift (store closes at 2am)
