University Title Company is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team in College Station, TX (in-office). In this fast-paced, customer-focused role, you'll serve as a key part of the title process by supporting order intake, maintaining accurate files, assisting customers, and helping ensure transactions move smoothly from the start. Responsibilities
- Receive and process new contracts and orders
- Review incoming orders and obtain any missing information needed to open files
- Enter orders into Qualia and maintain accurate file documentation
- Obtain tax information and order tax certificates
- Receive, deposit, and process earnest money transactions
- Assist customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Coordinate title work for out-of-county orders
- Support the team with additional administrative and operational tasks as needed
Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and general computer systems
- Comfortable learning new software and technology platforms
- Professional, dependable, and adaptable with changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
