The Opportunity:

  • Schedule pick-up and delivery appointments for freight while taking into account factors such as customer requirements, legal transit time, and driver productivity
  • Communicate effectively with customers via telephone, email, and other forms of communication to grow and develop relationships
  • Work collaboratively with Roehl teammates to identify and resolve customer and scheduling conflicts
  • Maintain accurate notes regarding customer interactions and preferred scheduling protocols
  • Enter Customer loads with accurate information and in a timely manner
  • Manage trailer pools as needed to maintain customers’ expectations
  • Use your knowledge and skills to make educated decisions
  • Ensure all loads are meeting the customers’ service expectations
