The Opportunity:
- Schedule pick-up and delivery appointments for freight while taking into account factors such as customer requirements, legal transit time, and driver productivity
- Communicate effectively with customers via telephone, email, and other forms of communication to grow and develop relationships
- Work collaboratively with Roehl teammates to identify and resolve customer and scheduling conflicts
- Maintain accurate notes regarding customer interactions and preferred scheduling protocols
- Enter Customer loads with accurate information and in a timely manner
- Manage trailer pools as needed to maintain customers’ expectations
- Use your knowledge and skills to make educated decisions
- Ensure all loads are meeting the customers’ service expectations
