Job Description

Position Overview

  • Provide detailed information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and continued engagement.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and patient with challenging customers.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer service software.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
