Position Overview
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Aid customers in resolving product or service issues efficiently and empathetically.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve service delivery.
- Provide detailed information about products, services, and company policies.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and continued engagement.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and patient with challenging customers.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer service software.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
