Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Aid the Product Systems Specialist in supporting the department's Rate, Quote, Bind, Issue (RQBI) system.
  • Interact with external agents and internal users to address questions about the RQBI system.
  • Provide excellent customer service, handle incoming inquiries, manage application access requests, research questions, escalate issues, and build relationships with various support units.
  • Assist with testing changes to the RQBI system and monitor the outcomes of these tests.
  • Download Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) data from the current MVR vendor into the company's system.
  • Set up invoices for reimbursement from external agents.
