Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Aid the Product Systems Specialist in supporting the department's Rate, Quote, Bind, Issue (RQBI) system.
  • Work with external agents and internal users to address questions about the RQBI system.
  • Provide excellent customer service, handle incoming inquiries, assist with application access needs, research questions, escalate issues, etc.
  • Build relationships with various support units including IT, Colony Rater programming team, Actuary, Filing, and Product Management.
  • Assist with testing changes to the RQBI system and track the results of these tests.
  • Download Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) data from the current MVR vendor into the company's system.
  • Set up invoices for reimbursement from external agents.

Job Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
