Essential Job Responsibilities
- Aid the Product Systems Specialist in supporting the department's Rate, Quote, Bind, Issue (RQBI) system.
- Work with external agents and internal users to address questions about the RQBI system.
- Provide excellent customer service, handle incoming inquiries, assist with application access needs, research questions, escalate issues, etc.
- Build relationships with various support units including IT, Colony Rater programming team, Actuary, Filing, and Product Management.
- Assist with testing changes to the RQBI system and track the results of these tests.
- Download Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) data from the current MVR vendor into the company's system.
- Set up invoices for reimbursement from external agents.
