Customer Service and Security Event Staff, West Virginia University

About the role

Rhino Sports, a division of REVELxp, is seeking reliable and outgoing individuals to assist with event staffing personnel at local venues. Positions are part-time and event-based, allowing flexibility in scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event staffing positions at universities, including WVU football games and other campus events.
• Work in fast-paced, fun environments that require standing for long periods.
• Provide customer service to attendees, ensuring a positive experience.
• May travel to other football games, regional concerts, and NASCAR events as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to complete a criminal background check.
• Be able to stand for long periods (outside, possibly in the elements).
• Must have reliable transportation and be available to work on weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• FOR SECURITY POSITIONS: Have a current unarmed security license or be willing to obtain one.
