Customer Service and Security Event Staff Duke University

About the role

Rhino Sports, a division of REVELxp, is seeking part-time event staffing personnel to assist with university and sporting events. Positions are event-based and flexible, allowing for scheduling that fits individual availability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Duke University Football games and other campus events.
• Work at various locations including universities, regional concerts, and NASCAR events.
• Provide customer service and support during events.
• Stand for long periods, possibly in outdoor conditions.
• Ensure safety and security as required for certain positions.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Have reliable transportation and be available on weekends.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• FOR SECURITY POSITIONS: Hold a current unarmed security license or be willing to obtain one.

Pay

Hourly Event Rate: Starting at $15.50
