Customer Service and Security Event Staff, Virginia Tech

About the role

Rhino Sports, a division of REVELxp, is seeking reliable and outgoing individuals to join our team. We provide event staffing personnel to local venues, including Virginia Tech football and other campus events. Positions are part-time and event-based, allowing flexibility in scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event staffing for Virginia Tech football and other campus events.
• Work at local venues for various events such as concerts and NASCAR races.
• Stand for long periods, sometimes in outdoor conditions.
• Provide excellent customer service to attendees.
• May require a current unarmed security license for certain positions.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Pass a successful criminal background check.
• Have reliable transportation and be available to work on weekends.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• FOR SECURITY POSITIONS: Hold a current unarmed security license or be willing to obtain one.
