Customer Service and Dispatch

Description

Precision Overhead Garage Door Service is seeking a Customer Service/Dispatcher to support our mission of delivering quality garage door solutions. This position will handle incoming service requests, efficiently schedule appointments, and maintain clear communication with customers.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (a plus)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in dispatching or customer service (a plus)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and detail-oriented skills
• Proficiency in using scheduling and dispatching software
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
• Knowledge of the garage door industry (a plus but not required)
