About the role

Responsible for providing exceptional customer service and collections management in Charlotte, South.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone and email
  • Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely payment collection
  • Follow up with customers to resolve issues and maintain positive relationships
  • Prepare reports and provide data analysis for decision-making

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or collections
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
