About the role
Responsible for providing exceptional customer service and collections management in Charlotte, South.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone and email
- Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely payment collection
- Follow up with customers to resolve issues and maintain positive relationships
- Prepare reports and provide data analysis for decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or collections
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
