Customer Service & Collections Representative

About the role

Responsible for providing exceptional customer service and collections management in the North Mt. Pleasant area.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone and email
• Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely payment collection
• Follow up with customers to resolve issues and maintain positive relationships
• Update customer records and maintain accurate financial data

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of collections procedures and practices
• Experience with CRM systems (optional)
