About the role
Responsible for providing exceptional customer service and collections support in the Asheville Southeast region.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
- Manage accounts receivable and collections efforts
- Follow up with customers to ensure payment
- Document interactions and escalate issues as necessary
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience in collections or customer service preferred
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Skills
- Customer service orientation
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Office
