Customer Service & Collections Representative

About the role

Responsible for providing exceptional customer service and collections support.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
• Follow up on overdue accounts to ensure payment
• Document interactions and escalate issues as necessary
• Contribute to maintaining positive customer relationships

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
• Experience in collections or similar field
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
