Responsibilities
- **Communication**: Acts as the point of contact for client requests and status updates, manages day-to-day business relationships, escalates concerns to the Program Manager.
- **Quote Management**: Coordinates RFQs, tracks RFQ responses, reports service level KPIs.
- **Order Management**: Processes purchase order acknowledgments, verifies quotations, creates sales orders, ensures timely release of POs, monitors SO due dates, documents deviations, and follows up on backorders.
- **General Support**: Works with finance and purchasing to resolve discrepancies, runs reports, supports KPI management, generates reports, interacts with managers and other functional areas, guides new hires and interns.
- **Other Duties**: Performs other duties as required.
Qualifications
- **Education and Experience**: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related field or equivalent industry experience.
- **Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities**: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, lookup formulas), ERP system experience, strong communication skills, mathematical skills, ability to work in a team environment, and excellent problem-solving skills.
