About the role

Camping World is seeking a Customer Service Agent for its growing team. This is a HYBRID schedule - work in office (Island Lake, IL) 2-3 times per week and remote the other days.

Responsibilities

Handle heavy inbound calls relating to concerns, challenges, or issues that customers may be experiencing.
Understand and document the customers' concerns and help find a resolution.
Provide a high level of customer service.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, with 2-4 years of experience with customer service or complaint resolution preferred.
Bilingual abilities are a plus.
Strong computer skills with the ability to effectively maneuver in a Windows environment and through Microsoft Office products.
Minimum of 45-50WPM typing speed.
Experience working in Salesforce or other enterprise level CRM systems preferred.
Passion for the outdoors with personal experience and proven knowledge participating in outside activities like RVing, Camping, etc.
Possess a positive, can-do attitude and enjoy connecting and interacting with customers.
Ability to communicate, both verbally and written, clearly and concisely in English is required.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

This is a full-time HYBRID schedule position. Allows you to work a flexible schedule with some traditional M-F hours as well as evenings and weekends. Hours of operation are Monday -- Friday, 8:00am -- 8:00pm and weekends 9:00am -- 6:00pm.
