Responsibilities
- Determine customer product needs
- Configure products to provide quotations to customers / sales
- Price quotations/orders and reconcile pricing discrepancies
- Liaise with Engineering to determine technical feasibility of new products/configurations/options
- Prepare customer bid packages
- Act as internal point of contact for account(s) incoming and outgoing funnel
- Other duties that may be assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years’ experience in account management/inside sales
- 2 years’ experience in OEM Mfg environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of Microsoft Office programs (Outlook and Excel)
- Customer focus – ability to keep needs of customer front of mind with every initiative
- Diligence in adhering to standard processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication
