Responsibilities

• Determine customer product needs
• Configure products to provide quotations to customers / sales
• Price quotations/orders and reconcile pricing discrepancies
• Liaise with Engineering to determine technical feasibility of new products/configurations/options
• Prepare customer bid packages
• Act as internal point of contact for account(s) incoming and outgoing funnel
• Other duties that may be assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years’ experience in account management/inside sales
• 2 years’ experience in OEM Mfg environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of Microsoft Office programs (Outlook and Excel)
• Customer focus – ability to keep needs of customer front of mind with every initiative
• Diligence in adhering to standard processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication
