TopView Sightseeing is hiring Customer Service Agents to support our growing tourism operations across New York City.
This is an outdoor, field-based position located at high-traffic tourist attractions and sightseeing stops. We are seeking energetic, customer-focused professionals who enjoy working in dynamic city environments.
Responsibilities
- Wear full company uniform and maintain professional appearance
- Ability to carry promotional signage and materials throughout the shift
- Operate company-issued POS machine
- Process cash and credit card transactions
- Handle and reconcile daily cash
- Explain tour packages, pricing and hours of operation
- Ensure customers understand their purchases
- Print tickets for referrals
- Assist customers with app downloads and reservations
Requirements
Schedules may vary based on tourism demand, weather, and operational needs. Weekend and Night availability, and flexibility are required.
Pay
$17.00 per hour base pay
$0.50 per ticket printed and/or sold
Strong earning potential in high-volume locations
