Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information regarding company services and procedures
- Resolve routine customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Process customer requests efficiently and professionally
- Cook up with internal departments to support customer needs
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information
- Support administrative tasks related to customer service
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
