Job Description
Position Overview
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint and determining the best solution.
- Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in the CRM system.
- Aid customers with order placement, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
- Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Agent or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking.
- Ability to handle high volume of calls and multitask effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software.
