Job Description

Position Overview

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint and determining the best solution.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in the CRM system.
  • Aid customers with order placement, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer issues efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Agent or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking.
  • Ability to handle high volume of calls and multitask effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software.
