Customer Service Agent
Responsibilities
- Inbound customer phone calls
- Creating and updating service request
- Processing Payments
- Answering customer questions regarding existing installs and service requests
- Resolving minor customer conflicts
- Processing online inquiries
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 1-3 years’ experience working in a customer service, office or call center environment
- Excellent customer service skills both written and verbal
- Strong, accurate data entry skills
- Process focused - structure and consistency is key
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to successfully work as part of a team
- Self-starter
- Ability to multi-task
- Appointments Plus/CRM knowledge a plus
Pay
Pay Range: $18.00 - $18.50
Schedule
Shifts available: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
