We are seeking a friendly and dependable Customer Service Agent to assist customers, coordinate service requests, and support daily transportation operations at our Los Angeles, CA location. Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
  • Provide accurate information regarding delivery schedules, services, and company procedures.
  • Cook up with drivers, dispatchers, and operations staff to address customer needs.
  • Enter and update customer information, service orders, and notes in company systems.
  • Handle customer complaints and service issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Track shipments and provide real-time updates to customers.
