Customer Service Administrator

About the role
Seneca Foods in Janesville, WI is currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Sales Order review and processing
- Investigate Sales Order status and provide feedback
- Make Sales Order changes as needed/requested
- Issue Customer concerns for various issues
- Create and maintain customer profiles
- Identify Master Data issues as related to Sales Order entry and advise of issues
- Elevate customer issues to Management to assist in resolution
- Initiate information requests
- Respond to additional customer, broker, and sales inquiries
- Back-up to teammates when they are out of office
Requirements
- General office experience with emphasis on order processing or data entry
- Must be professional and communicate effectively
- Must be a self-starter and team player
- Must be detail-oriented, accurate, and organized
Qualifications
- Experience in SAP or other ERP systems preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
