Responsibilities
- Sales Order review and processing.
- Investigate Sales Order status and provide feedback.
- Make Sales Order changes as needed/requested.
- Issue Customer concerns for various issues.
- Create and maintain customer profiles.
- Identify Master Data issues as related to Sales Order entry and advise of issues.
- Elevate customer issues to Management to assist in resolution.
- Initiate information requests.
- Respond to additional customer, broker and sales inquiries.
- Back-up to teammates when they are out of office.
Qualifications
- General office experience with emphasis on order processing or data entry.
- Must be professional, communicate effectively.
- Must be a self-starter and team player.
- Must be detail oriented, accurate and organized.
- Experience in SAP or other ERP systems, Microsoft Office (excel, word, outlook) preferred.
