Customer Service Account Manager
This position sits onsite at our corporate office in Fountain Inn, SC (Greenville-Spartanburg). This is not a remote position. We offer a hybrid option of working from home, 5 days each month.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.
- Manage social media campaigns to engage with the target audience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing goals.
- Conduct market research to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in marketing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices.
