About the role

Addison Group is partnering with a global manufacturing organization to hire an Account Management Representative.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer accounts and oversee the full order lifecycle
  • Enter, track, and confirm orders while monitoring timelines and capacity
  • Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status, delivery, and product inquiries
  • Collaborate with internal teams on forecasting, inventory planning, and logistics coordination
  • Address and resolve service issues, escalating when necessary
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and customer experience
  • Support onboarding and ongoing management of new customer accounts

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, customer service, or a related field
  • Experience supporting product-based businesses and extended supply chains within manufacturing
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP experience strongly preferred (Salesforce and/or SAP)
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive, self-directed work style
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, customer service, or a related field

Pay

$75,000 - $82,000 / Year based on experience
