About the role
Addison Group is partnering with a global manufacturing organization to hire an Account Management Representative.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts and oversee the full order lifecycle
- Enter, track, and confirm orders while monitoring timelines and capacity
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status, delivery, and product inquiries
- Collaborate with internal teams on forecasting, inventory planning, and logistics coordination
- Address and resolve service issues, escalating when necessary
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and customer experience
- Support onboarding and ongoing management of new customer accounts
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in account management, customer service, or a related field
- Experience supporting product-based businesses and extended supply chains within manufacturing
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP experience strongly preferred (Salesforce and/or SAP)
- Strong communication skills with a proactive, self-directed work style
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Qualifications

Pay
$75,000 - $82,000 / Year based on experience
