About the role
In this role, you'll provide professional and timely support to our sales team and customers.
Responsibilities
- Solve customer inquiries
- Prepare quotes
- Process/expedite orders & returns
- Source parts from suppliers nationwide
- Absorb on, & educate customers
- Assemble hoses for walk-in customers
- Help in the stockroom & deliver orders to customers as needed
Qualifications & Skills
- 1+ year customer service, inside sales, mechanical or maintenance experience required. Hydraulic experience preferred
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent required
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & data entry software
- Attention to detail, time management, organization, & communication
- Valid driver's license & clean driving record (MVR)
Pay
The typical estimated total compensation for this position is $18.00-$21.00/hr depending on experience, including potential bonus opportunities.
