Customer Sales & Service Representative
What You’ll Do:
- Solve customer inquiries, prepare quotes, process/expedite orders & returns
- SOURCE parts from suppliers nationwide
- Auxiliary in generating sales by upselling, adding on, & educating customers
- Help in the stockroom & deliver orders to customers as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1+ year customer service, inside sales, mechanical or maintenance experience required. Industrial distribution or parts counter environment preferred
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent required
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Mechanical aptitude & attention to detail
- Valid driver's license & clean driving record (MVR)
