Responsibilities

Provide our customers with expert assistance to a wide variety of questions and problems. Build ongoing business relationships with our customers through repeated contact and consultation. Utilize your mechanical aptitude to help solve customer problems or troublesome processes.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated and driven by a desire to exceed expectations
  • Strong prioritization and multitasking skills, a sense of urgency, and take pride in your verbal and written communication
  • Interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport and build solid relationships with a wide variety of customers
  • 6 months of customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent telephone, and written skills, including English grammar
  • Ability and desire to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • Enjoy working with computers, including basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook & Excel) and comfortable with Google search engine
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record (MVR)
  • SAP / ERP experience, preferred but not required
  • Some knowledge of industrial distribution products and hydraulics, preferred but not required
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, ability to multitask, sense of humor
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
