Responsibilities

• Solve customer inquiries
• Prepare quotes
• Process/expedite orders & returns
• Source parts from suppliers nationwide
• Auxiliary in generating sales by upselling, adding on, & educating customers
• Assist in the stockroom & deliver orders to customers as needed

Qualifications & Skills

• 1+ year customer service, inside sales, mechanical or maintenance experience required
• Industrial distribution or parts counter experience preferred
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• Mechanical aptitude & attention to detail
• Valid driver's license & clean driving record (MVR)
