Starting Pay: $13.00 per hour + Commission

About the role

Regal Car Sales and Credit is looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Sales Representatives. No automotive experience is required—we provide the training. For over 30 years, we’ve helped customers find dependable transportation through our Buy Here Pay Here dealerships. With 14 locations across the tri-state area, we operate on a simple philosophy: take care of our customers and take care of our people.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a friendly, no-pressure experience
• Communicate with customers by phone, text, email, and in person
• Help customers through the application and qualification process
• Explain the requirements and steps to purchase a vehicle from Regal
• Help customers select a vehicle that fits their needs
• Respond to online leads and customer inquiries
• Schedule customer appointments
• Follow up with prospective customers
• Maintain your customer database in our company CRM
• Complete customer paperwork accurately and efficiently
• Work with your teammates to provide an excellent customer experience from start to finish

Requirements

• Enjoy talking with and helping people
• Strong communication skills
• Dependable and organized
• Comfortable communicating by phone, text, email, and face-to-face
• Able to manage leads, appointments, and customer follow-up
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Willing to learn and grow with the company
• Valid state-issued driver’s license and a good driving record
• Available to work a 40-hour workweek
