About The Role

Logan Premium is a third party logistics provider focused on integrity, service, and flawless execution. We prioritize long-term relationships, meticulous attention to detail, and transparent interactions. As a Customer Sales Representative, you'll build, maintain, and grow customer relationships to enhance our services.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize cold outreach via phone, email, and online resources to build a strong pipeline and onboard new business.
  • Serve as a resource to customers regarding transportation service offerings.
  • Earn and keep the trust of customers with exceptional service and communication.
  • Provide in-depth knowledge and understanding of the logistics industry to customers.
  • Expand your book of business by developing new relationships and expanding relationships with current customers.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of freight brokerage experience, with Customer Sales experience highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to build a book of business through cold outreach.
  • Experience in McLeod is a significant advantage.
  • Proven ability to work both as a team and independently.
  • This role is fully onsite in our Burr Ridge, IL office from Monday to Friday, between 7am and 4pm CST.

Pay

Salary plus 25% on a paid-in, non-recoverable draw. Performance-based bonuses before commission to earn up to $28,000 in your first 90 days, and $96,000 in your first year.
