In this role, you will build strong customer relationships, identify customer needs, and recommend irrigation products and solutions that support efficient water management. You will work closely with customers, contractors, distributors, and internal teams to provide exceptional service while achieving sales goals. Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and order status.Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate irrigation products and solutions.Prepare quotes, process sales orders, and follow up on customer requests.Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, referrals, and lead follow-up.Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.Collaborate with operations, logistics, and technical support teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.Stay informed about company products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Participate in product training, sales meetings, and company initiatives. QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or account management.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
