Customer Sales Manager, ADUSA

For our client, a leader in the Food & Beverages space, we are seeking a Customer Sales Manager to support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes in a Food & Beverages environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Conduct direct selling functions at retailer and wholesaler HQs to drive sales
• Manage brokers to execute company sales initiatives successfully
• Review broker resources for alignment with company objectives
• Coordinate key account meetings and strategic reviews
• Maintain profit contribution levels through budget management
• Utilize data to identify sales opportunities and inform management decisions
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Management on regional initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or Finance preferred
• 8-10 years of field sales experience, ADUSA experience preferred
• Thorough understanding of retail and grocery sectors
• Knowledge of national account policies and operating procedures
• Experience with syndicated data sources like AC Nielsen
• Track record of managing regional grocery chains effectively
• Expert in broker management and motivational techniques

Pay

$104,141 – $173,568 annually
