About the role
The Customer Sales Engineer is responsible for driving sales through direct interaction with customers, providing technical support, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by engaging with potential customers and presenting product benefits.
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers to ensure successful implementation and satisfaction with our products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, and customer success to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Develop strong relationships with key accounts to build long-term partnerships and drive recurring revenue.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales engineering or similar role.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and technologies relevant to the company's offerings.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
