Pay

The pay range for this position is $19 - $24/hour. Base pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. Overtime opportunities and weekly pay are available, along with incentives.

Responsibilities

• Drive and reach sales goals through guest interactions, including tire and service sales
• Build guest relationships and ensure satisfaction by understanding their needs
• Describe all warranties, advertising, and promotions of products and services
• Manage guest interactions from initial experience through completed service, including check-in, scheduling, estimating time, and checkout
• Make recommendations based on manufacturing guidelines
• Promote self-development using company-provided training tools
• Maintain a clean and safe work and guest area
• Perform manual tasks for extended periods, including light and heavy lifting (e.g., tires and wheels), standing, bending, and squatting

Requirements

• Prior guest service experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future
• Ability to work in stores that may be open 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays
• Commitment to following established safety policies and procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous automotive guest service experience
• Previous tire sales experience
