BASIC FUNCTION
Customer service manager is responsible to oversee all aspects of customer service department. In addition, maintaining of customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources and managing staff. Provide excellent and effective customer service to all customers including the end users, external sales, and internal departments.
Job Responsibilities
- Achieves customer service human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
- Achieves customer service objectives by contributing customer service information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying customer service trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
- Determines customer service requirements by maintaining contact with customers; benchmarking best practices; analyzing information and applications.
- Improves customer service quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; establishing and communicating service metrics; monitoring and analyzing results; implementing changes.
- Maximizes customer operational performance by providing help desk resources and technical advice; resolving problems; detecting and diagnosing network problems.
- Achieves information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Physical Demands
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to walk, sit, and use hands to finger, handle or feel tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, crouch, bend, talk and hear.
- The employee must lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
Pay
$70,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
Schedule
8 hour shift Monday to Friday
